Vibrant Community Life

Timberline at Auburn is an upscale retirement village to be built on 95 oak-studded acres in Auburn, California. This landmark project will offer independent and assisted living, with access to graduating levels of support and care for hundreds of seniors. The town-like setting includes residential homes, duplexes and apartments, as well as some loft-style units for those who work in the community. Full amenities and ancillary services, such as restaurants, retail shops and an aquatic center, will provide ample opportunities for residents to live life to the fullest. The Ridge Golf Course and Events Center is also nearby.

Timberline at Auburn will uniquely offer in-community medical offices, which convenience grants seniors an unprecedented level of control over their healthcare. Auburn Sutter Faith Hospital is close by and a Skilled Nursing Facility is located on the adjoining property.

The restaurants and retail shops will bring vibrancy to the Timberline at Auburn community by creating appealing venues for cross-generational interaction. No less importantly, the restaurants, shops, and even the medical offices will create opportunities for seniors to work within their own neighborhood.

More than any community ever built, Timberline at Auburn will integrate our seniors into the rich tapestry of life. To learn more about this exciting project, click here
