Bella Vida is an approximately 140-unit upscale senior community to be built within approximately 23.86 acres in Rocklin, California. Bella Vida meets a broad spectrum of needs, preferences and budgets, offering both independent and assisted living in elegantly appointed apartments that range in size from studio to two bedroom/two bath. The convenient location is within walking distance to restaurants, retail and grocery stores.  

The amenities are designed to engage Bella Vida residents physically, intellectually and socially. This resort-style community will include a heated, indoor swimming pool and spa, as well as a fitness center and a putting green. Plans also include a game room, a craft room, a library and a movie theater. A beautiful  main dining room will be supplemented by a separate café and a piano bar.
